I believe we each have the power to change the world by changing ourselves.
I have dedicated many years to my own deep healing work, travelling earth for over seven years, dancing with my shadow, exploring the world and my inner being.
Since returning to Liverpool England in 2018, I have been supporting my community to heal themselves, holding space for transformation through sound healing baths, Reiki healing and training, for hundreds of people.
I offer a diverse range of unique services including all levels of Reiki training, sound healing, high vibe DJ sets and events.
Sound healing
I have been a sound healing practitioner since 2015, sharing sound healing with hundreds of people. Sound healing is a powerful tool for spiritual transformation and deep healing. Sound harmonises the mind body & spirit, and has been scientifically proven to reduce stress and anxiety. Sound healing is a valuable tool for those seeking to improve their physical health and spiritual well-being.

Reiki Training
Offering Reiki training of all levels, over three years of experience teaching Reiki, practicing for over ten years. Reiki is a powerful ancient eastern healing technique. Learn the art of Reiki, channel universal life force energy, deepen your spiritual practice, go on to help others. Reiki training is a transformative experience that empowers you to live a more vibrant and harmonious life. Courses starting again in autumn.
